Coaching is a move forward. There are some areas of work that require major changes in personalities.
One of those majors is coaching. Mentoring is a field of work that requires positive changes in the personality of those who wish to work.
Why does it need to change
There is no need now to change without a reason, and the idea of change is linked to the nature of the work that you do. Especially if the work is based on the capabilities that you implement in your professional life,
The important thing is to know that people change through something else, and the important thing is that people need to communicate with these personalities and need to interact with them.
The need to communicate is based on:
- Effective dialogue
- Thematic interview
- Positive dialogue
- Clear talk
- Drafting to exchange opinions
- Good listening.
All of these means are part of the communication process that the coach (the coach) needs to practice through the communication process, but the coach cannot do that unless he has the skill that enables him to do so.
The important thing is that this skill is based on the personality who is good at playing these roles in people’s lives , and the important thing is that these roles are real and not emotional and with only some people at work.
The coach is a personal contact
There are those who are good at communicating in the way we mentioned earlier, and there are those who are good at communicating in an adequate manner. The first is the one who can manage the dialogue and it is part of the coach’s work, and the second is unable to manage the coach’s work because he does not have the basic skill.
